New Banxa purchases cost real money and grant one year of updates from first activation, with continued use of versions released during that paid year. There is no automatic Porn Fetch license renewal. Provider/network fees and currency conversion are disclosed separately. Historical orders expressly sold as beta-only keep their original terms; new annual purchases are not deleted at release. For declined payments or pending card authorizations contact Banxa; for missing licenses or insufficient settlement contact the merchant with your session reference. Do not pay again while a transfer is under review. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Historische, ausdrücklich als Beta verkaufte Bestellungen behalten ihre ursprünglichen Bedingungen; neue Jahreslizenzen werden nicht zur Veröffentlichung gelöscht. Bei abgelehnten Zahlungen oder offenen Kartenautorisierungen wenden Sie sich an Banxa; bei fehlenden Lizenzen oder unzureichenden Einzahlungen mit der Sitzungsreferenz an den Händler. Zahlen Sie während einer laufenden Prüfung nicht erneut. Zwingende Erstattungs- und Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

1. Payment Methods / Zahlungsarten

Direct crypto purchases use NOWPayments. Optional card purchases use Onramp-Pay and Banxa to fund a NOWPayments deposit. Patreon memberships are billed by Patreon. The crypto purchase provisions below apply to direct NOWPayments purchases; Patreon payments and refund requests are handled through Patreon under its terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Direkte Krypto-Käufe erfolgen über NOWPayments. Optionale Kartenkäufe nutzen Onramp-Pay und Banxa, um eine NOWPayments-Einzahlung zu finanzieren. Patreon-Mitgliedschaften werden von Patreon abgerechnet. Die nachstehenden Regelungen zu Kryptowährungen gelten für direkte Käufe über NOWPayments; Zahlungen und Erstattungsanfragen für Patreon-Mitgliedschaften werden über Patreon nach dessen Bedingungen abgewickelt. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

2. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal / Verzicht auf das Widerrufsrecht

As stated in my Terms of Service (AGB) and in accordance with Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, you explicitly acknowledge during the NOWPayments checkout process — by actively checking the required consent checkbox — that:

1. You consent to the immediate beginning of performance (delivery of the license key) before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
2. You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) once the license key has been delivered or the download has been initiated.

A confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment is provided on a durable medium (order confirmation) as required by law.

Wie in meinen AGB dargelegt und gemäß Art. 16 lit. m der EU-Richtlinie 2011/83/EU sowie § 356 Abs. 5 BGB bestätigen Sie im Checkout-Prozess durch aktives Setzen der erforderlichen Einwilligungs-Checkbox, dass Sie der sofortigen Vertragsausführung zustimmen und anerkennen, dass Sie damit Ihr 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht verlieren.

3. Exceptions / Ausnahmen

For direct crypto purchases, I may consider a refund or replacement in the following exceptional cases, at my sole discretion:

• Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same license twice within a short timeframe, please contact me with both transaction hashes for verification.
• Verified technical failure: If the license key was not delivered due to a confirmed system error on my end (not due to blockchain network issues or user error), I will either reissue the license key or process a refund.
• Payment processing errors: If a payment was sent to the wrong network, wrong cryptocurrency, or with a missing memo/tag, please contact NowPayments support at support@nowpayments.io directly, as they handle payment-level processing errors.

Bei direkten Kryptowährungskäufen kann ich in folgenden Ausnahmefällen nach eigenem Ermessen eine Erstattung oder einen Ersatz in Betracht ziehen: Doppelkäufe, nachgewiesene technische Fehler meinerseits und Zahlungsverarbeitungsfehler (letztere über NowPayments-Support).

4. Cryptocurrency & Volatility / Kryptowährung & Volatilität

For direct crypto purchases, please note the following:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design. There is no chargeback mechanism.
• In the unlikely event that an exception-based refund is approved, the refund will be issued in the fiat-equivalent value (EUR) at the time of refund processing, converted to the cryptocurrency of my choice. Due to the inherent volatility of cryptocurrencies, the refund amount in crypto may differ from the original payment amount.
• I am not responsible for any losses resulting from cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of a potential refund.

Bei direkten Kryptowährungskäufen sind Blockchain-Transaktionen konstruktionsbedingt irreversibel. Sollte ausnahmsweise eine Erstattung genehmigt werden, erfolgt diese zum Fiat-Gegenwert (EUR) zum Zeitpunkt der Erstattung, umgerechnet in eine Kryptowährung meiner Wahl. Für Verluste durch Kursschwankungen übernehme ich keine Verantwortung.

5. Third-Party Website Changes / Änderungen an Drittanbieter-Webseiten

As stated in my Terms of Service, third-party websites may at any time implement countermeasures that restrict or prevent the Software's functionality. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund, as they are outside my control and do not represent a defect of the Software.

Wie in meinen AGB ausgeführt, können Drittanbieter-Webseiten jederzeit Maßnahmen ergreifen, die die Funktionalität der Software einschränken oder verhindern. Solche Änderungen begründen keinen Erstattungsanspruch, da sie außerhalb meiner Kontrolle liegen und keinen Mangel der Software darstellen.

6. How to Request an Exception / Anfrage einer Ausnahme

For a direct crypto purchase, if you believe you qualify for one of the exceptions listed in Section 3, please contact me at echteralsfakebs@proton.me with the following information:

• Your blockchain transaction hash(es)
• The cryptocurrency used and the amount sent
• A description of the issue
• Any relevant screenshots or error messages

I will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

For a Patreon payment, use Patreon's billing history to request a refund or contact Patreon support.

7. Governing Law / Anwendbares Recht

This Refund Policy is subject to the same governing law provisions as my Terms of Service. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Mandatory EU consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

Diese Rückerstattungsrichtlinie unterliegt denselben Rechtsvorschriften wie meine AGB. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Zwingende EU-Verbraucherschutzrechte bleiben unberührt.
